Cookbook Reviews: December Round-Up

In December, members could review any cookbook. Have a look at our reviews:

Our January book is The Flavor Thesaurus: A Compendium of Pairings, Recipes and Ideas for the Creative Cook by Niki Segnit. It’s an ingenious reference book highlighting flavors from around a wheel of foods, full of ideas for their pairings. Members should post in the last week (or on the last day) of January. Please link back to the Kitchen Reader in your review post and come back here on February 1 for a round-up.
